Equipped with comprehensive functionalities, this system perfectly meets the needs of modern examination methods in a heart catheter lab.
With its dual computing concept the system guarantees high reliability and failure safety. Patient signals are recorded simultaneously on two separate computers and are thus available twice for the patient monitoring.

The signal data recorded from 12 surface ECG electrodes as well as 4 phasic pressure curves including the respective mean pressure signals are displayed on the signal monitor and stored continuously to the hard disk. These data can be reviewed at the review monitor either in real-time during the examination or after the examination is completed.

The following parameters and the respective indexes are calculated:

  • the body surface
  • the cardiac output according to Fick
  • the cardiac output with thermo dilution – recorded via our ARGUS module and automatically documented in the schwarzer evoelement
  • the vascular resistances
  • the valve orifice areas
  • all shunts

The examination procedure and the hemodynamic results are displayed automatically via a chronological and a user-defined report.

For documentation purposes the reports, but also selected as well as online recorded data can be printed out on the laser printer.

A fast (colour) laser printer or a thermo dilution printer can be optionally chosen for direct registration.

In the patient archive all signals and reports with the respective results are stored locally for all patients.

The stored signal data can be edited in retrospective at any time. This means, that e.g. in case of an emergency, the system can be run without operator. Parameters like amplification or recording speed can then be modified at any time after completion of the session.
